Sheela G Kerstetter, MD

Sheela G Kerstetter, MD is a board-certified dermatologist with over a decade of experience practicing in Blair County. She received her undergraduate magna cum laude from Boston University, followed by her medical degree cum laude from Boston University School of Medicine where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Kerstetter completed her Dermatology Residency at Harvard Dermatology Residency in Boston, MA and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology.

As an expert in diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin disorders, Dr. Kerstetter helps her patients with skin cancer, moles, precancerous lesions, acne, psoriasis, eczema/skin rashes, contact dermatitis, warts and other conditions affecting the skin and nails. When she’s not helping her patients, Dr. Kerstetter loves to explore the natural beauty of the Allegheny Mountains.

Andrea Parrish, PA

Andrea Parrish is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, specializing in Dermatology. She graduated magna cum laude from Saint Francis University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in 2021, where she was inducted into the Delta Epsilon Sigma Honor Society. Andrea has always had a strong interest in Dermatology, completing her elective clinical rotation in the specialty. Before joining our team, she gained valuable experience treating a wide range of medical conditions while working in Urgent Care. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Originally from Dysart, PA, Andrea graduated from Altoona Area High School and currently resides in Altoona, where she maintains close ties to the region and its people. Outside the clinic, she enjoys hiking, gardening, watching sports, and spending time with her cat, Cameron. Above all, she loves being with her friends, family, and her boyfriend.

Alyson Shuty, PA

Alyson Shuty is a certified physician assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, specializing in dermatology. She has prior experience in rheumatology and gastroenterology. Alyson graduated magna cum laude from Saint Francis University with a Bachelor of Science and a minor in Psychology. She also earned her Master of Physician Assistant Science from Saint Francis University in 2019, where she was inducted into the Delta Epsilon Sigma Honor Society. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Born and raised in central PA, Alyson now resides in Ebensburg with her husband and two cats, Pancake and Whiskey. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and shopping.
